Is Your Health at Risk?

As healthcare providers, we’re interested in more than just your oral health. We want to help you improve your oral and whole body health. Studies have shown the significant impact oral wellness can have on protecting against serious diseases such as:

  • Diabetes
  • Heart disease
  • Alzheimer’s disease
  • Stroke

The same bacteria that cause tooth decay and gum disease have been linked to these serious conditions. The bacteria enter the bloodstream through the mouth and travel to other parts of the body, causing damage. This process is known as the oral-systemic link.

What about you? What is your oral health saying about your overall health? Our “Risk Assessment” can help you to find out!

What's Your Risk Assessment Number?

Do you know what your risk of getting cavities, periodontal disease, or oral cancer is? A risk assessment by one of our team members can give you the answer.

As part of your regular cleaning appointment, we will be asking questions that, along with clinical findings during your exam, will allow us to give you a risk assessment score. This assessment enables us to customize preventive measures and treatments for you. This comprehensive approach can reduce the need for further treatment.

Curious about your score? Make sure to book your next cleaning appointment to find out!
